Here are the steps to change your blog template.

1) Login to your blogger account, the dashboard then select a design and then click on edit HTML.

2) click on browse and locate the template file *. Xml from pc / laptop, and click open and next upload

3)Click upload

4) when the upload process takes place, the display will exit below and select 'keep widgets.

5) Finish and you can view your blog has a new look.
